Much of this info is taken from the YouTube videos: Boycott the 2011 UK Census:

The Office for National Statistics has awarded Lockheed Martin, the world’s second largest arms manufacturer, a contract worth £150million to conduct the UK 2011 Census. They have law suits filed against them for fraud, sexual discrimination, contract rigging, racial discrimination and harassment, environmental damage from uranium; the list apparently goes on. They are No: 1 in the Pogo Federal Contractor Misconduct Data Base.
Lockheed Martin is involved in surveillance and data processing for the FBI and CIA. It has provided contract interrogators for Abu Ghraib prison in Iraq and Guantanamo Bay in Cuba, makes land mines banned in 154 counties, involved in espionage, collection of illegal data in the USA and UK, made huge profits from Palestine, Iraq, Afghanistan, lobbied for the invasion of Iraq where cancer rates have soared following uranium bombing. Their sales for 2009 was $45.2 billion; since war very profitable. Their CEO is Mr. Robert J. Stevens.
All US companies are subject to Patriot Act which allows the US government to access any information in a company’s possession; giving them access to data about the entire UK population. Given Lockheed Martin’s history of paying bribes to procure contracts, it might be reasonable to ask why the UK government has awarded Lockheed Martin with the contract for the UK Census 2011.
Capita have been awarded £25 million by The Office for National Statistics to run recruitment, training and payroll services for the census. They also collect TV license payments. Capita’s registered office is:
71 Victoria Street, Westminster, London SW1H 0XA
Capita Symonds work in association with Breckland Council and currently manage permissions for the Gasthorpe St. Nicholas Church ruin site. Their registered office is also: 71 Victoria Street, Westminster, London SW1H 0XA
Capita Group PLC http://www.capitasymonds.co.uk/
Their CEO Paul Pindar earns £14, 500 per week, not as much as many Premiership footballers.
A law passed in 2007 under the Statistics and Registration Service Act 2007, Section 39, sub-section 4, states police intelligence services and the Home Office will now have access to all census data.
In 2001 almost half million Britons gave their religion as Jedi. The cost of the census then was £254 million. The 2011 Census will cost about £480 million; UK population 62 million, £7.74 per person. The threat of boycotting the census is £1,000. In 2001 over 1.5 million households failed to submit the census. 38 were prosecuted.
It is illegal for a country to collect info or spy on its own citizens, but not illegal for them to gather info on their citizens by another country. Lockheed also run the Canadian census and it is believed Canadian Intelligence has accessed Canadian census information via US Intelligence; via Lockheed. UK Intelligence cannot tap UK phones without a warrant, so UK and US Intelligences access information on each other’s citizens via an exchange of information.
Lockheed Martin supplies the UK with 80% of its arms. The UK government have assured us Lockheed Martin will not pass on or access our private data; and who would doubt the government?!
The cabinet minister responsible for the census is Francis Maude, also the minister responsible for the Big Society concept. Before his appointment to the 2011 Census post, Mr. Maude apparently described the census as: "Burdensome, intrusive and poor value for money."
Vangent, a subsidiary of Lockheed Martin and contracted to work on the census, were tried and found guilty of accessing President Obama’s student loans.
Keith Dugmore, Director of Demographics User Group, a private sector body that represents M&S, Sainsburys, Boots, Nationwide, John Lewis and Alliance, has stated that census information for them is of "Fundamental Importance"
A few of the companies that will profit from the census are Capita, Edexcel, Steria, Oracle, Barron McCann, BSS, Logica, Web Technology Group, Polestar and Lockheed Martin. The examination board company Edexcel will be processing the data, which considering their reputation for losing data, makes them a strange choice. £4.5 million will be spent on advertising.
"Since every government database has been hacked , leaked, lost or compromised in some fashion, how can The Office for National Statistics claim data security with any confidence?"
Dave Murphy, TPUC
To close, let me include this amusing quote from Ben Rich (1925 – 1995), Head of the Lockheed Skunk Works, who apparently said at a lecture just before he died:
"We already have the means to travel among the stars, but these technologies are locked up in black projects and it would take an act of God to ever get them out to benefit humanity.... Anything you can imagine, we already know how to do."
